On the 12th May, the Mediation service celebrated its 10th Anniversary with guest speaker, Eamon Gilmore.

Saro Scuto completed the Rome Marathon in March 2014 in aid of the Community Law & Mediation. He raised in excess of €1900. This money covered the costs of nine clinics, directly helping over 180 individuals and families in need. CLM would like to thank Saro for his support.

Community Law & Mediation had a deficit in funding in 2013. As part of our fundraising plan , the centre hosted its first annual fundraising BBQ in July. The event was kindly supported by the Bar Council of Ireland and was attended by over 100 Barristers, Solicitors and Judges.
In July 2013, Community Law & Mediation had a visit from the leaders of the National Alliance for the Development of Community Advice Offices, a South African public interest law body. The National Alliance for the Development of Community Advice Offices were here in Ireland to meet with a number of groups and organisations to learn more about the best way to establish an umbrella organisation in South Africa to manage and promote all South African community advice offices.

CLM Northside, formerly Northside Community Law Centre, wins the Special Merit Award for 2012 at the Irish Law Awards in the Shelbourne Hotel on May 2nd, 2012.
With the support of the Citizens Information Board, the housing group launched the booklet “Social Housing Rights Explained”. The booklet, a collaboration by the housing group, provides information to tenants, prospective tenants and supporting service providers on housing issues and information on where they can get further support. It also outlines the legal responsibilities of local authorities.
Minister for Social Protection Ms. Joan Burton officially launched the The Irish Community Development Law online Journal on December 12th 2011 at an event at Northside Community Law Centre, now CLM Northside
Brian Dooley, president of the Malahide Lions’ club, presented a cheque for €5,500 to members of Mediation Northside at the Grand Hotel, Malahide, with the Lions’ funds going to help support the mediation service’s fundraising efforts.
Staff at NCLC participates in The Flora Women's Mini Marathon in 2010 to raise much needed funds for the service.
Áine Brady, T.D., Minister for Older People, today (9th June, 2009) officially launched the Pilot Project on Elder Mediation as part of the Elder Mediation World Summit and Symposium. The Pilot Project is a joint collaboration initiative between Mediation Northside and the Alzheimer Society of Ireland.
Dave Ellis was the driving force behind Coolock Community Law Centre, now CLM Northside, for over more than twenty years.
Sean Haughey, TD, Minister of State with responsibility for Lifelong Learning, Youth Work and School Transport launched the Annual Report 2006 of the Northside Community Law Centre at the
Northside Civic Centre, in January 2008.
